DESCRIPTION:Life is rhythm – let’s feel the beat! \nThanks to AARP Tennessee for their help in presenting this Interactive Percussion Workshop led by Teaching Artist\, Clifford Koufman! \nNo previous experience necessary and a variety of percussion instruments and drums will be provided. \nClifford Koufman\, an educator and performer with over 20 years of experience working with students of all ages. DESCRIPTION:6-wk Beginners\, Ukulele Learning Lab w/ Teaching Artist\, Jeff Barbra – Tuesdays\, October 28th – December 2nd\n\n\n\nJoin Music for Seniors at Springbrook Recreation Center for our weekly Beginners Ukulele Learning Lab series\, sponsored by UnitedHealthcare. \nMusic for Seniors Teaching Artist\, Jeff Barbra\, with teaching assistants\, Ed Harper and Bill Cabage\, leads this 6-week series of hands-on learning sessions designed for students of all ages. \nThis series is for beginners. Music for Seniors has loaner ukuleles available for use for students needing an instrument. Each Learning Lab session builds on the session before. Participants are encouraged to attend the 6-session series beginning 10/28 and ending on 12/2. \nThis event is SOLD OUT.
